At The Final Piece Carpets & Flooring, we take pride in providing high-quality materials and professional installation services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking services.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are required to secure scheduling, order materials, and allocate labor. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellations or changes in scope.
Materials

Special-order or custom materials (including carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and trim) are non-refundable once ordered.

If materials have been delivered or cut, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations

Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Any additional costs incurred prior to cancellation may be billed to the customer.
Installation Services

Installation labor is non-refundable once work has begun.

If an issue arises due to installation workmanship, we will assess and, if necessary, correct the issue in accordance with our workmanship standards. This does not constitute a refund.
Defective Materials

If materials are found to be defective, resolution will follow the manufacturer’s warranty and policies. Refunds or replacements are subject to manufacturer approval and are not guaranteed.
No Cash or Card Refunds

We do not offer cash, credit, or card refunds on deposits or completed work.

Any approved adjustments will be handled at our discretion, typically in the form of repair or replacement only.
